Its rooms were beautiful, the staff was very attentive, we had a wonderful stay on holidays. Our bed was big. Got private bathroom with a bathtub.

The location was particularly good and perfect, it was easy to get to a large square. Outstandingly accommodating staff ensured a such wonderful stay on holidays.

They were helpful, what more could you ask for. We didn't want to leave, had good experience on holidays, couldn't enjoy it more.

the view from the windows was amazing, and the apartment was perfect for a good night's sleep. I didn't hear any noise from the neighbors, which was great. the staff was really friendly and accommodating, always with a smile on their faces. the apartments were also clean and spacious. the location was ideal, with everything nearby. the apartment was well-equipped and suitable for 2-4 people.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes. 😊.

Overall WONDERFUL stay on holidays. Marvellous and incredible location not far from La Boqueria, and Amister Apartments, everything perfect.

Great location, close to La Ramblas. Supermarket within walking distance. Place de Catalunya nearby for transportation. Clean and comfortable apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of room in the apartment. Well-equipped kitchen with washer/dryer unit. Comfortable beds with quality linens. Access to Netflix and Prime Video on the TV.

The location was excellent being very close to the central bus hub of Placa Catalunya, the metro and the atmosphere of Las Ramblas. We had a family of 5 (3 children) and the apartment was very comfortable and relaxing and the proximity of local shops and a supermarket on Las Ramblas made it very convenient.

Better cleaning of the rooms would have been helpful. The 40 euros for the cleaning charge was for just changing the bins and even they got missed one day!

The elevator did not work sometimes. That was a problem, especially when leaving to the airport with suitcases. We had to walk down four flights of stairs with luggage.

I recently stayed at a great apartment in an excellent location right in the heart of the city. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful, making our check-in experience pleasant. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary facilities, including a full kitchen and a fridge which came in handy. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk away from Pl. Catalunya and the Ramblas. It felt like having our own home in the city for a week. The fast and free Wi-Fi was a bonus. I highly recommend this apartment for its convenience, cleanliness, and value for money.

Adrianna was most attentive to my requests and I was impressed that she really had a listening ear; although she could not oblige to my request the followind day after I had checked in, for a bedding configuration (proper bed) for four, to my pleasant surprise, a portable bed was brought in on 15.6.11 (Wed). When I requested for a late check-out as my flight departure was at 1845 hrs, she made a special trip to my room to inform me that I could check out at 1300 hrs after she had checked with the housekeeper on her cleaning schedule. I conclude that the service rendered was indeed very personal. My commendation also goes to the elegant receptionist on the ground floor who immediately coordinated the retrieval of a pouch we had dropped into the courtyard and personally delivered it back to us.

My family patronizes service apartments during our annual family vacations, therefore we have the opportunity to be able to compare the varying standards. I was disappointed to find only a proper double bed and the other, a sofa bed for two. It was a dampener every morning to have to store the bed back into its sofa-mode; also the two quilted white blankets offered were not lined with linen since they were meant for the 'make-shift bed', therefore I had reservations about using them. I had booked for 6 in all my previous travels and I would definitely get proper beds; this year for the 1st time, I booked for 4 as my two other daughters could not join us, and I was expecting a reduction of 2 bedding configuration therefore was most disappointed upon entering the room to find that there was a double bed 'missing'. If this was the usual practice of Amister Apartments to offer a compromised bedding arrangement, then it should make the configuration very clear eg. Apartment for 4 consists of one double bed and a sofa bed for two.

The location is excellent, the apartment we had was clean, modern, pleasant, well equipped, well kept and spacious. The personnel were polite and helpful.

We didn’t like the fact we had to pay upon check-in an extra €40 for the cleaning of the flat after our departure. This term was apparently in the small print which we did not notice when booking. Surely the rental for a 3 day stay (which was not cheap) should have covered that expense. Or alternatively, that expense should have been included and shown in the quoted total price at the time of choosing and booking.
